Returns

We hope you love your new jewellery as much as we do! However, just in case, Sundara Jewels has a 7 day return policy for change of mind. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your parcel to request a return. However, unfortunately, earrings are not included within this policy due to sanitary reasons. We offer a choice of either a refund or exchange for change of mind returns.

 

We also accept returns for products that have been damaged throughout the shipping process, or that become faulty within 14 days of receiving the item (this does not include damages due to customer’s lack of care).

 

If requesting a return due to change of mind, the items must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at info@sundarajewels.com. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase! If your request for a return and refund/exchange is accepted, we will then give you instructions on the next step.

 

Items sent back without first contacting us to request a return will not accepted.
